Every order ships from our Port Morris studio in New York.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Complimentary Next Day Air shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $199. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM EST qualify.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or remote delivery locations may occasionally extend transit times.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. WHENSMOKECLEARS® is not responsible for packages lost after a carrier has been authorized to leave them without a signature.
