Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Event & Pickup Orders

Certain products may be designated as:

  • Event pickup only, or
  • Location-specific releases

By purchasing these items, you agree:

  • Pickup must occur at the designated event, date, and location
  • Failure to attend may delay fulfillment or require alternate arrangements at our discretion

We reserve the right to ship these items after the event if necessary.
